In the 4700 square meters workshop, we perform precision machining with some of the latest generation lathes and machining centers, that can process pieces up to 350mm with second position lathing and 65mm with bar machining.

Quality controls
Before being carefully packed, every piece is checked in a testing room equipped with mechatronic devices that can ensure the observance of the measures and the requested characteristics.

Our strength is the detailed testing of the whole production process. The first check is done directly on the raw material through a machine that verifies the measures of materials and chemical composition.
This process ensures a final product strictly realized with the material specified by the client.
Then the entire production process is subject of a quality control through latest generation machines: the built measures, the complex shapes and the dimensions are checked.
The entire process is performed by more than 40 highly specialized workers that operate on a 4700 square meters area divided in two distinct productive units. The high production capability is guaranteed by a last-generation machine set and by mechatronics solutions that allow excellent performances in terms of quality, reliability and attention for details.
